Russell Brand has been talking about sharing the stage with His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
The Rock of Ages actor will act as master of ceremonies when the Tibetan spirtual leader addresses young people at Manchester's MEN Arena on Saturday, the second day of his UK tour.
Brand was invited to do the event by the Dalai Lama himself.
"The Dalai Lama asked me to do this thing so, think if the Dalai Lama asked you to do something even if it was something like clean the car, you just do it don't you because you recognize that he's dedicated his entire life to being in tune with God," said Brand.
The Dalai Lama's talk - Century of Dialogue: Stand up and Be the Change - is aimed at under 25s as His Holiness hopes to teach the next generation about taking responsibility not only for their own lives but for society as a whole and spread his teachings about peace and non-violence.
His Holiness had been in exile since 1959, ten years after China invaded Tibet. Since then, he has overseen an unarmed struggle to gain wider autonomy for his people.
The event on Saturday is free for under-25s, £25 for everyone else.
